Application Process

Upon receiving your completed application, we can provide you with an answer within 24 hours. Each applicant is thoroughly evaluated by our clinical and medical teams to determine appropriateness for the Open Sky program before being accepted.

Complete the Questionnaire

We have designed a parent questionnaire and a student questionnaire in order to assist you in determining if Open Sky is right for you. Parents of a potential student need only to complete the Parent Questionnaire while the student questionnaire is for potential adolescent or young adult students that are involved in this decision.

The questionnaire can be completed at anytime day or night and we will respond within one business day. It is a great way to get familiar with what the admissions team takes into consideration during the admissions process and will give parents and students an idea of what will be discussed with an admissions counselor.

Alumni Referrals

The admissions team can provide prospective parents and young adults with contact information for our alumni parents and students who have already attended Open Sky to answer any questions you might have.  They can share with you about their experience in working with members of our team and the steps they took when enrolling their child at Open Sky.

Students can be admitted to Open Sky within 24 hours, any day of the week, including weekends.
