Danny has received extensive training in applied strategic planning, marketing, business development, and leadership. Danny has conducted trainings for Voyageur Outward Bound School, Montana State University, Aspen Achievement Academy, and R.L. Frazer & Associates. Danny’s passion for the wilderness was ignited at an early age while wandering around just out the backdoor of his childhood home in the undeveloped hill country of Austin, Texas. At age six, along with his father and brother, he went on his first foray into the mountains of Colorado; this was the first time he felt the moving spirit of wilderness and the intimate connections it fosters among people. Since then, it has become his life calling to facilitate this same experience for youth, adults, and families. On Danny’s free time, he is known to hike solo in the canyon country of the southwest. He gets especially excited dreaming up adventurous expeditions to remote locales . back to Leadership Team --or-- back to Operations Team
