Dr Marcus Higi (pronounced "Hi Guy") is a graduate of the University Of North Carolina School of Medicine at Chapel Hill in 1995, and completed his residency in Family Medicine at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg, Florida in 1995. He worked as an Emergency Physician in Tallahassee, Florida for two years, then after traveling around the world in 2000, he landed in the Southwest working on the Navajo reservation practicing both Emergency and Family Medicine. In April 2006, Dr Higi decided to start his private practice, "Integrative Family Medicine" in Cortez, Colorado, with a philosophy that embraces the whole person and not just the ailment.  Dr. Higi is board certified in family medicine.
