Open Sky works with teenagers ages 13 to 17 and young adults ages 18 to 28 on a wide range of issues, including drug and alcohol abuse, depression, ADD and ADHD, anxiety, grief and loss, oppositional defiance, traumatic histories, family problems, school problems, and low self esteem.  Teen and adult groups are run as separate and distinct entities.

The Open Sky Journey
Since time immemorial people have gone to the wilderness to seek vision, experience a deeper sense of self and reality, and find healing. The desert has a certain kind of starkness, a light and clarity that speaks clearly to the soul, calling it forth. When people go to the desert, they touch a deeper part of themselves, a part that has been hidden by the distractions and hectic pace of daily life. When people go to the desert, they go because the soul longs for connection and needs to be heard.
