Mary definitely challenged me and called me out on my issues/negative patterns more than any other therapist I’ve had. That definitely made it really hard at times but I did a lot of great work and made a lot of progress. I valued the endless opportunities for individualized therapy and growth. I’m just really grateful I stuck it out. This place really helped me when I thought nothing would.
