Addy believes that people are made up of different (emotional, intellectual, relational, and spiritual) components that make them whole. The process of understanding how these pieces fit together is important to healthier boundaries and relationships. She provides insight and skills while walking alongside her clients. Addy provides a welcoming, encouraging, trustworthy, and honest perspective to life’s struggles. She believes that people have the internal strength to make lasting changes.
Addy enjoys the outdoors and is often accompanied by her goldendoodles, Bella and Yeti. She is always up for a road trip or adventure. She likes hanging out with friends, cooking, and playing cards and strategic board games.
