Leah Dworkin, M.Ed., MA (Candidate) Counseling Psychology

Associate Therapist

Leah's journey at Open Sky began in the summer of 2015 when she joined as a field guide. Over the years, she has taken on various roles, including Assistant Field Director, Field Mentor, and Recruiter, accumulating an impressive experience of over 600 field days. Leah holds a Master’s in Education from Lehigh University, and her pursuit of knowledge continues as she currently works towards her second master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute.

In her current position, Leah thrives as an associate therapist in the family services department, providing invaluable support to families on their Family Quests. Her diverse background in education and ongoing studies in counseling psychology enrich her ability to offer therapeutic guidance.

Outside of her professional commitments, Leah finds joy in engaging in adventurous activities such as mountain biking, snowboarding, and practicing martial arts. She cherishes the companionship of her loyal therapy dog, Izzy, and together they explore the wilderness, nurturing a deep connection with nature.
