I felt supported by Mark because he was awesome at explaining how my son was doing, challenges he was having, and ways the staff were supporting him. I was glad to have a clear picture of the work my son was doing at Open Sky and the progress he was making. Mark has a great way of explaining things in very clear language. Also, he really got my son. The entire experience of working with Mark was awesome.
