Sam was incredible! He “got” our nephew immediately and revealed his compassion for kids and passion for this work. He spent extra time to answer our questions thoroughly before ending calls. He always shared challenges and successes that our nephew experienced and how he processed them. He provided insight for us into the best ways to communicate with and read our nephew. We trusted him completely.
